Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lyflex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited warranty for assistance.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original condition.
  • Items sold in sets or multi-item packs must be returned as a complete set.
  • Products labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for online orders.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Additional charges may apply if the product shows signs of:

  • Missing parts
  • Damage due to accidents

Product Quality Issues

If a return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, Lyflex will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Returns for Personal Reasons

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Lyflex reserves the right to inspect the item and determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
